The main center of the company is in Bandar Anzali city, Zibaknar road, Anzali free zone, Setareh North commercial and administrative complex, booth number 402 and its branch is located in No. 2, first floor,3rd Isar, Taheri St. Nelson Mandela Boulevard, Tehran
The main activity of the company according to Article 3 of statute is the creation and operation of various power plants, investment and participation in the creation of power plants and electricity generation.

The equipment of this power plant was purchased from Rolls-Royce and MTU Germany in 2017, after installation in 2019 , it has been put into operation.
Caspian Electricity Generating Company of Anzali Free Zone is currently operating and selling electricity from Caspian Small Scale Power Plant (CHP).
